This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of our platform. Account responsibilities

Acceptable platform use

Prohibited activity includes attempting to manipulate games or systems, exploiting promotions, automated play using bots, abusing APIs, or otherwise interfering with other users or the platform. Any suspicious activity may result in restrictions, forfeiture of funds, or account closure.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are offered under specific terms which form part of these conditions. Eligibility, wagering requirements, maximum cashout limits and contribution rates for different games will be set out in the promotional terms. We may restrict or withdraw offers where we suspect abuse or where technical errors occur. Bonus funds are subject to wagering and other restrictions and cannot normally be withdrawn until conditions are met.

Deposits and withdrawals

Accepted payment methods and minimum and maximum values are displayed in the cashier. Deposits are usually applied immediately but some methods may take longer. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be processed to the original payment method where possible. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with us you should contact customer support in the first instance. We will aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly. If we are unable to reach agreement you may be entitled to use an independent complaints scheme where applicable. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, law or operational requirements. Where changes are material we will notify you in a prominent way.
